Japanese & Mongolian restaurant
My client wanted to combine two different cuisines, Japanese and Mongolian into one restaurant. The Japanese restaurant (130 sqm) is on the first level. It consists of a sushi bar for six people, hibachi bar for 6 people and tables allowing for 20 people total. I designed in a minimalist Japanese style, the main finish material is light wood. The Mongolian restaurant (260 sqm) is located on the second level overlooking the first level and designed in mixed Japanese and Mongolian style. Customers can get semi-finished chopped products and then go to the open rotating tables where chefs prepare the food.
